This video is a brief explanation of the verses in the Bible used to persecute the LGBT community. 
I am a born again, spirit filled Christian who happens to be gay. This video has been compiled after years of research as well as prayer and meditation. The condemnation of gays within the church has NOT been by God's spirit but rather from people's personal disdain and misunderstanding of people who don't fit the mold of an "acceptable" Christian.
Unfortunately gays have been portrayed in the media as rebellious and as a hedonistic society. Images of pride events with drunken men in promiscuous attire splashes across tv screens around the world. However, these images do not accurately represent the LGBT community as a whole. Like the straight community there are members of the LGBT community who reject the truth of Christ and indulge in the things of this world however, there are many members of the LGBT community who are followers of Christ despite their lack of acceptance by many of their families, friends, and home churches. 
Being gay is an issue of love not lust. If I never have sex again for the rest of my life I am still gay, my orientation does not change. People who claim to have been healed of homosexuality are either lying to themselves and to others or are simply bisexual. Ex gays see their orientation as strictly a sexual temptation rather than as an identity. These claims have over and over again proven that being LGBT is a birthright and does not change despite the efforts that have been made. The reason for this is because I believe being gay is biological. I can change the color of my hair a thousand different colors but my genetic color of blond does not change. 
The message of the Gospel is clear that salvation is given through faith and faith alone. Christians who are unwilling to accept this fact are ultimately unwilling to accept God's grace. For those who condemn others are only condemning themselves. We all fall short and sin is indeed real and destructive however, Christ won the battle over sin and death and now there is no condemnation for those who believe. Does that mean sin away? No, the sins of this world affect our lives here and only create havoc when we take our eyes off of Christ. However, I do not believe being gay is sinful. What I do believe to be sinful is to deny God's creation. To deny how he created me to be and to form a relationship with a woman when it goes against my very nature. A gay person's effort to be straight is unnatural and is only done in order to try to fit in and be acceptable to others around them. 
We as believers in Christ must walk in love towards others not condemn one another. Too many people are self absorbed. We need to put more of our attention off of ourselves and help others around us by acts of kindness and love. God does not make mistakes. You are not a mistake. Find freedom in Christ for He loves you dearly.

Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. Leviticus 18:22 

If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them(Jesus paid the penalty). Leviticus 20:13 KJV

Now as they were making their hearts merry, behold, the men of the city, certain sons of Belial, beset the house round about, and beat at the door, and spake to the master of the house, the old man, saying, Bring forth the man that came into thine house, that we may know him. Judges 19:22 KJV

Romans 1:26-27 

Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,... 1 Corinthians 6:9 

Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. Jude 1:7

Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;... 1 Timothy 1:9-10

And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;

And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:... 2 Peter 2:6-7
